January 11, 2026 - The Pursuit of God's Presence - Humility

To know God and to be known by God is at the heart of making God’s presence our dwelling place.

God invites us into His presence…to dwell, live, make that place our home! However, many Christians feel as though finding that place is dependent upon how committed we are to Him. The reality is just the opposite. God’s desire for us is to realize and recognize that the place from which we should operate is His presence!

How do we make God’s presence our home? It is first in humbling ourselves and recognizing that it is God who has invited us near to Him. Proximity to our Savior is a transformational life-changer.

Today, we’re continuing to unpack the theme of 2026, “The Pursuit of God’s Presence.” Today’s message—a message about humility—will show us what true humility looks like, and how we are empowered by the Holy Spirit to live in that place of humble, anointed power.
